I Request a Review of My Permanently Suspended StarMaker Account

My StarMaker account named 🇹🇷D****🇹🇷, which I had been actively using for approximately 6 months, was closed 3 days ago with a warning stating that it had been “permanently suspended.” The screen now says that the account is permanently suspended and that I cannot perform any actions, yet there has been absolutely no information provided regarding which rule I allegedly violated.
Until now, I had never received any warning, temporary punishment, or violation notice on the application. Because my account was suddenly closed without any explanation, I genuinely feel that I have been treated unfairly. If I violated any rule, I request that this be explained to me clearly and transparently. If there was no actual violation, then I request that my account named 🇹🇷D****🇹🇷 be restored and made active again.
I kindly ask for this situation to be reviewed carefully and for my inconvenience and unfair treatment to be resolved as soon as possible.
