Turkish Airlines Pilot Failed to Land Many Times and Our Stress Was Ignored

I reported the problem I had regarding my THY flight experience to THY with the feedback registration number 10003433. In summary, I talked about the negative experience I had when landing at Istanbul airport and asked for the necessary grievance to be resolved. Namely, our captain persistently tried twice to land on the runway over the Black Sea, which even people from northern countries had not tried, but failed, putting us all at risk. With the wings wobbling and an extreme shaking, 50 meters before the runway, he gave gas again and passed the runway. He made his 3rd attempt by coming over the Marmara Sea and landed. After my feedback, in the e-mail sent from THY, it was stated that there was no bypass situation and the issue was covered up in an interesting way. I have a well-established company in front of me. I said we would solve this situation on their own without needing other channels, but I was wrong. Customer relations are very bad. From now on, I will prefer to solve the problem through official channels. I have audio and video recordings and flight radar file of the flight.
