As soon as you find the right booking platform, you should contact them right away with the information of your reservation and say that the hotel cancelled without telling you.

If they don't answer right away, get all of your cancellation paperwork together and contact them again, this time pointing out that you had to cancel at the last minute and asking for a full return.
