Trivago Booking Issue at Hilton – No Reservation, Unable to Get Refund
On October 26, I made a reservation at Kozyatağı Hilton through Trivago and paid for the room. However, when I called the hotel, they said they couldn’t help without a reservation number, which I never received. I’ve been unable to contact the agency, and there’s no way to reach them. I even paid extra for cancellation insurance, thinking I’d be protected, but now I can’t even get in touch to cancel or request a refund. I need to cancel the reservation and get my money back, but I’m stuck without any support. Trivago shares responsibility for this situation as well. Can anyone help me resolve this?
