I booked a hotel reservation through the Trivago app, which led me to Agoda, for the 'Blueway Hotel Residence' in Şişli, Istanbul. But when I arrived at the hotel, they refused my reservation, claiming a system error and then denied my refund!
This is an outrage. I demand that whoever is responsible for this problem fixes it immediately. Despite the incident happening yesterday and being completely resolved by my leaving the hotel, Agoda is still insisting that I can stay at the hotel. The hotel, on the other hand, doesn't even see my reservation and won't let me check in. Agoda is persistently telling me I must stay, otherwise, they won't issue a refund due to their policy. Why should I pay for a service I couldn't use, especially when the problem originated from their end?
Trivago and Agoda, you need to take responsibility and resolve this immediately! Refund my money for the hotel stay I was denied. You can't force me to pay for a service that was unusable due to your system's failure.
