Double Charge for Hilton Izmir Reservation on Trivago
I made a reservation through Trivago for the Hilton Izmir while abroad, and the payment was deducted. However, upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation. Trusting it to be a system glitch, I booked again through Trivago, only to face the same issue – no reservation at the hotel and double charges on my account.
Both payments have yet to be refunded. I request Trivago’s immediate assistance in processing these refunds, as I should not be charged twice for a reservation that was never confirmed.
