Reservation Cancelled and False Accusations by Trivago
I made a reservation on otelz.com using Trivago's referral a month ago; however, I received a call from the company today stating that there are currently no available rooms and that they would like to cancel my reservation. Even though it is the same room, they have sold it to different people on different dates. When I contacted them, they gave me a ridiculous explanation, claiming that the room had been sold by another agency rather than them. As soon as it was discovered that what they had said was a lie, they attempted to blame the hotel management. Despite the fact that they have already taken my payment, the fate of my reservation is still unknown. Shame on you!
