Agoda Canceled My Swandor Hotel Reservation 3 Times Without Explanation
I made a reservation through Agoda on 26.11 for Swandor Hotel Topkapı Palace, but it was canceled by Agoda three times without any explanation. I only found out after calling the hotel to confirm the reservation. Attempts to contact Agoda have been futile, as they only send automated email responses. To make matters worse, one of the bookings was made through a referral from Trivago, which directed me back to Agoda. This feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise others not to use Agoda for hotel reservations. I demand an immediate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience caused. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Agoda needs to take responsibility and improve its customer service.
