Poor Customer Service at Starbucks – Name and App Not Asked During Order

I recently made a purchase at Starbucks, and the cashier, O***, failed to provide basic customer service. They neither asked for my name nor inquired about using the Starbucks app. There was no effort to ensure customer satisfaction—just a quick, impersonal transaction to take my order and move on.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service at Starbucks, and frankly, it’s disappointing and not what I expect from the brand. I request that appropriate action be taken to address this issue and improve the overall customer experience. As a loyal customer, I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service moving forward.
