I Received the Wrong Starbucks Coffee Grind and Was Refused an Exchange

I purchased 3 packs of coffee from Starbucks, expecting the quality I’ve come to know. Unfortunately, the grind size was completely wrong. The coffee doesn’t brew properly in my machine, and the taste is ruined every time. I tried to resolve the issue by going back to the store—not once, but twice. After all that effort, I was told they couldn’t exchange the product, and I was essentially dismissed.
I find it incredibly disappointing that a brand like Starbucks, which claims to be all about the coffee experience, would be so dismissive about customer satisfaction. This is not the level of service I used to receive. They used to care more. Now it feels like they just want to get you out of the store once the sale is done.
As a regular customer who genuinely enjoys good coffee, I’m appalled. I won’t be coming back. Starbucks needs to take accountability, stand behind their products, and treat loyal customers with respect. I request that my coffee be exchanged immediately or refunded, because what I received is unusable.
