On August 12, 2025, at 11:03 AM, my Epic Games account was taken over through an unauthorized action from a different country, and the Gmail address linked to my account was changed without my consent. Since that moment, I have completely lost access to my account, and I have been unable to log in for approximately three days.
Following this incident, I submitted a support request to Epic Games, but my request was rejected outright without any explanation. Even though my original email address is still mine and I clearly stated that my account was compromised due to a security breach, my ownership of the account was not accepted. I genuinely cannot understand how such a rejection could occur without providing any justification.
I have previously made game and in-game purchases on this account, and I have the receipts for these transactions. To prove that I am the rightful owner of the account, I am fully prepared to provide my original email address, Epic Games username, purchase history and receipts, and, if necessary, IP and device information for verification purposes.
I request that my account ownership be carefully re-examined and that my account be restored to me by re-linking it to my original email address. I also demand a clear and written explanation as to why my initial request was rejected without any stated reason.
