On 23.09.2025, at the Marsis Starbucks branch in Mezitli, Mersin, I once again encountered very serious disrespectful and unlawful behavior, despite having experienced a similar situation before. About two weeks ago, cashier Rabia improperly asked for my ID and approached me in a harsh manner. When I reported the incident to the store manager, I received an apology and was told that the staff would be warned. However, after this incident, the disrespectful attitudes of the cashier and those around her towards me continued at the branch.
Yesterday, a male employee named Gaffar, who was a cashier, shouted at me in public, raised his hand, and behaved in a humiliating manner. He told me, 'The problem is you, then don't come here,' and threw me out. As a woman, being humiliated and insulted in public affected me deeply.
As both a woman and a customer, I absolutely do not accept these behaviors in a service I have paid for. After the incident, I reported my complaint to the store management and customer service.
My request is that the camera footage be reviewed, the necessary disciplinary actions be taken against the relevant employee, the employees be dismissed, and that I receive an official apology and a written response.
