I earned approximately €950 on Binomo by carrying out normal trading activities, but I am not allowed to withdraw my winnings from my account. When I try to submit a withdrawal request, there is no verification button or verification step visible in the system, so I cannot complete the withdrawal process.
There is no section or guidance for account verification, and during the withdrawal stage I am not asked to submit any additional documents or identity verification either. Despite this, I am still unable to access my winnings and cannot find any solution within the system.
I contacted Binomo’s support channels regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response at all. I am unable to access the money I earned, and I have also been given no explanation about the situation I am experiencing.
I request that Binomo provide a clear and detailed explanation regarding this process, that at least half of the winnings in my account be paid out, and that my grievance be resolved.
