I Face Epic Games Giving Away Hogwarts Legacy for Free After I Paid for It
I purchased the game Hogwarts Legacy through Epic Games in July. Recently, I saw that the same game was being offered for free on Epic Games, and this situation has left me extremely disappointed. Seeing a game that I paid for being distributed at no cost shortly afterward makes me feel unfairly treated.
I purchased the game as a paid product under order number a2507181504504610 linked to my Epic Games account, and I have never played the game since the day I bought it. Despite this, when the game became free, I did not receive any notification, nor was I offered any form of compensation such as a refund, coupon, wallet credit, or similar gesture.
My request from Epic Games is that the amount I paid be refunded without removing my ownership of the game, since the game is currently being offered for free anyway. I ask that my situation be acknowledged and that a fair, customer-focused solution be provided as a goodwill gesture.
