Starbucks Refuses to Provide Receipt, Staff Acts Rudely
At Starbucks Coffee, a rude female staff member threw away my coffee receipt at the end of the transaction, and when I asked for it afterward, she pulled out a random receipt from the trash instead. On top of that, she responded in a scolding tone as if she had done nothing wrong. I still haven’t received the actual receipt for the product I purchased—they simply refuse to give it to me. I even explained the situation calmly, but she showed no intention of helping. This kind of customer treatment does not suit a reputable brand like Starbucks, especially when I did nothing to deserve such behavior. I kindly request that the necessary action be taken.
