I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers with a suede-like upper surface, expecting durability and quality from such a well-known global brand. Unfortunately, within a short period of normal use, the upper part of the shoes began cracking. After they got wet in rainy weather, the situation worsened—the color faded, and the inner lining started peeling.
I submitted the product for inspection under the official warranty process, but Skechers rejected my claim, stating that no production defect was found. This decision is unacceptable, as shoes should not show such severe wear and tear after such limited use. The quick deterioration clearly points to a manufacturing or material quality problem, not user error.
As a customer, I expected Skechers to stand behind their products and provide a fair warranty process. Instead, I was left with damaged shoes and no support. I urge Skechers to take responsibility, honor the warranty, and offer a replacement or refund. Customers trust this brand for quality, and I expect my complaint to be resolved without further delay.
