I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes just seven months ago, and now the left upper side has torn significantly. This is not a case of the glue coming loose—it’s a major tear. When I took the shoes to the store for inspection, I was blamed for the damage and my warranty claim was denied, citing "user error."
This is completely unacceptable. There is no way this level of tearing could happen due to normal wear and tear in such a short time. If I knew the quality was this poor, I could have bought a cheaper pair elsewhere instead of wasting my money on Skechers.
I demand an urgent re-evaluation of my case and a fair resolution. Skechers must take responsibility for its defective products instead of unfairly blaming customers. I expect a prompt response and a proper solution!
