I purchased a pair of Skechers D’Lites sneakers this summer, expecting them to last, but within just six months, they started falling apart. Despite not wearing them frequently, I noticed peeling on the inside, cracks on the front, and the sides opening up.
I sent the shoes for inspection, assuming the brand would stand behind its quality. However, I was told there was no manufacturing defect. If this were truly the case, the shoes wouldn’t have deteriorated so quickly!
At the very least, Skechers should have repaired the damaged areas, but instead, they dismissed my complaint. I demand a replacement or a proper resolution. I have attached all the photos as proof. Skechers, stop ignoring customer concerns and take responsibility for product defects!
