I Wore My Skechers Shoes Just a Few Times and They Already Started Tearing Apart

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes in November, but since the weather hadn’t warmed up yet, I barely had the chance to wear them. Despite wearing them only a handful of times, the shoes have already started tearing apart—and the damage is getting worse with each passing day.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay so much only to end up with shoes that fall apart so quickly. I expected durability and quality from a well-known brand like Skechers, but this experience has been a complete letdown. The tearing clearly shows a manufacturing or material flaw, not normal wear and tear.
I demand a proper solution—either a replacement or a full refund. Skechers must stand behind their product and stop ignoring customers who receive defective shoes after paying a premium. Fix this issue now.
When will the return for the shoes be provided? Will this situation remain like this?
