I purchased a pair of glasses on August 20, 2023. Shockingly, within just 5 days, the glasses fell from the couch to the floor, at an incredibly slow speed. Despite having a warranty and their assurance that they would assist in any situation, I was told that if a truck runs over the glasses, it wouldn't be covered by the warranty. It felt like they were making a joke out of it. They refused to honor the warranty and claimed that the frame breakage wasn't within their coverage. They offered me a 50% discount on a new pair if I returned the broken ones. It's frustrating that the glasses I bought at Forum Bornova's Ray-Ban Sunglasses Hut broke within 5 days while a Ray-Ban I bought from elsewhere survived countless falls without a scratch. This whole experience is incredibly disappointing and questions the credibility of their promised warranty.
