I bought a pair of Skechers sneakers in February 2024, encouraged by the store employee’s assurance of a two-year warranty with instant one-for-one exchange if any issues arose. However, within just 6-7 months, the shoes started coming apart. When I returned to the Form Bornova branch to resolve the issue, I was told it wasn’t a manufacturing defect and they refused to honor the warranty or exchange promise.
What’s more frustrating is that I later discovered the shoes were manufactured in 2023, which I didn’t notice initially. It feels like this store operates only on its brand name without standing behind its promises.
