Rayban Has Been Keeping The Faulty Product On Customs Ground 5 Months
I purchased a pair of glasses from the authorized Ray-Ban dealer in Sirkeci for ₺2400 in August. However, after just 15 days, the frames started peeling off. Since I really liked the style, I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, there was no available stock, and authorities confirmed it was a product defect. They assured me that a new pair would be sourced from abroad. Fast forward to January 2024, and there's still no sign of customs clearance after five months. This is incredibly frustrating! If the product hasn't cleared customs in five months, why is it being sold in Turkey? I intend to share this complaint on global complaint sites. I spent the entire summer of 2023 without glasses, and it seems like the situation will persist into 2024. Isn't there a regional or general manager responsible for such matters? Is this level of service acceptable? I'm willing to bet there won't be any response to this complaint within 15 days. If necessary, I'm ready to take this matter to court. I'll go all the way to Ray-Ban in Italy and the USA, translating and posting my complaint. I am determined to make my dissatisfaction known under the slogan "Where is Ray-Ban?" to caution others against getting ripped off.
