RayBan Rejected Warranty After My Sunglasses Coating Peeled from the Inside

The coating on the inside of my Ray-Ban sunglasses started to peel off. Since they were under warranty, I took them back to the store where I purchased them. After an inspection, they responded negatively. I was expecting Ray-Ban, a globally trusted brand, to stand behind the quality of its products. Even the most basic brands wouldn’t handle it this way, because a coating on a pair of sunglasses doesn’t peel off due to user error. We take good care of our belongings, and there was no misuse on our part. This isn’t our first time using sunglasses or Ray-Ban. I’m extremely disappointed.
