Mango Did Not Refund For An Extremely Poor-Quality Sunglasses
On August 20, 2023, I received my order from the Mango online store. After using the sunglasses included in the order for 3 days, on the 4th day, while putting them on my eyes, they broke at the bridge. On Saturday, August 26, I sent the sunglasses back by cargo. When there was no response for a long time, I contacted them via the website. In email correspondence dated September 6, 2023, I was informed that my return had arrived at the warehouse and that I would receive an email regarding the refund within 22 working days. Although more than 35 working days have passed, there has been no response yet. I am still paying installments with my credit card for an extremely poor-quality product. I want my refund to be made as soon as possible.
After writing to Şikayetvar, the refund started being processed to my credit card. Since I made the payment in installments, the refund will also be made in installments.
If my refund had been processed without having to file a complaint somewhere, my trust in the brand would not have been shaken. Thank you...
