Epic Games Won’t Let Me Pay With Papara on Fortnite

I am trying to make a payment on Fortnite through Epic Games using Papara. I attempted to purchase both Crew Pack and V-Bucks, but every time I try, I receive an error message saying “Looks like something went wrong.” I have experienced this issue multiple times, and no money has been charged from my account.

To resolve the issue, I contacted Epic Games customer support, and they told me to wait 24 hours. However, even after waiting, the problem still persists. I am trying to complete the payments on the PC platform using my own account, mstkarafruz, which I use regularly. There was no update or maintenance happening at the time I encountered this issue.

I request that this payment problem be resolved as soon as possible, and that I be able to make purchases smoothly using Papara.
