Fortnite Crew Purchase Keeps Getting Declined on Epic Games

I am trying to purchase the October 2025 Fortnite Crew on PC, but for the past two weeks, the payment has not gone through, no matter how many times I try. I have attempted the purchase multiple times using both debit and credit cards, but even though I enter my card details correctly, the system keeps rejecting my card and no payment is processed. The only message shown on the screen is “Card declined,” with no error code or detailed explanation.

Previously, a similar purchase was completed successfully using the same account (maxumut01 / [email protected]**), but now none of my cards work at all on this account.

I request that this issue be resolved urgently, as I want to purchase the newly released Ghost Face character, and I am currently being unfairly prevented from completing my purchase.
