Rayban Sunglasses Produced with Bad Material, Rapid Deterioration

My Ray-Ban sunglasses broke while I was wearing them, went to Atasun Optics to get them fixed under guarantee, somehow, and totally unlogical my warranty claim was denied and I don't know why. super upset, thinking it was going to be so easy, I was going to be proud of myself that I did a nice shopping. If a guarantee won't be kept, it's not worth giving one, why did you give me one???  I contacted technical support to get replacement components. I was told to pay for the repair. Anyway, Atasun Optics said they would fix it, but it's been more than two months and I haven't heard back yet. It's bad that they didn't contact and didn't keep their promise.You might think one will wait as long as it takes just beacuse they are in need, no !! I will handle this situation on my own and stand up for my consumer rights.
