Karaca Homend Product Repeated Defect - Replacement Refused
In August I purchased a Karaca Homend 'Konuşan Çaycı'. While still under warranty, it started to have problems such as not speaking, making excessive noise and showing color tone differences, so I sent it to the service. Shortly after the repair, the same faults reappeared. Since the same fault recurred during the warranty period, I requested a product replacement instead of a repair, in line with my rights under consumer law. Despite this, the service initiated a repair process and even demanded a fee. I clearly informed customer service that I do not accept this situation. In addition, although the product is only 5 months old, I am told that the “invoice does not match” and a system error is being reflected onto me, and I am asked to create requests again and again. Since the product has already been serviced before, the invoice and serial number are already available in the company’s system, and this situation cannot be considered the consumer’s responsibility. I am complaining that my replacement request, which is my legal right, is being delayed and that repair and payment are being imposed on me. My demand is clear: a free product replacement for my defective product. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
