Pull&Bear's Payment Error: Overcharged and Incomplete Refund

I recently spent 647.05 TL on something from the Pull&Bear website. But to my surprise, they took out 718.90 TL from my card. Even though I've tried to get in touch with the store and ask for a refund for the 71.90 TL difference, they haven't fixed the problem. Because of this, I had to stop the transaction. Their refund process was not finished, which was a shame. Instead of giving back the full 718.90 TL, they gave back only 647.05 TL. This mistake has made me feel very upset and frustrated. As a customer, I expect Pull&Bear to deal with me in a fair and clear way. They shouldn't have overcharged me in the first place, and then they shouldn't have given me a bad refund. I want them to give me back the remaining 71.90 TL on my card right away. This kind of problem shouldn't happen, and it has caused me a lot of trouble. I hope Pull&Bear will fix this problem quickly and make sure it doesn't happen to other customers in the future.
