Tchibo Refuses to Arrange Alternative Shipping for Delayed Order
I placed an online order from Tchibo on February 2, 2026, with order number 170144728, for delivery to Menemen, İzmir. Despite several days having passed, my order has still not been delivered.
When I checked the situation, I was informed that the delivery could not be completed because the employees of the cargo company are on strike. During this process, Tchibo did not take any initiative and instead placed all responsibility on the cargo company, rather than providing a solution. However, as a customer, my contractual relationship and payment are with Tchibo, and I expect the company to manage the delivery process and ensure that my order reaches me.
Tchibo could have taken responsibility and arranged delivery through an alternative courier company, but they did not take any action and left me in a disadvantaged position. I request that my order be delivered to my address in Menemen, İzmir as soon as possible using a different cargo company, and that this inconvenience caused by Tchibo’s lack of action be properly addressed and resolved.
