I am submitting this complaint regarding my 1win gaming account (ID: 328519614) because my withdrawal requests via bank transfer are repeatedly getting stuck and are not being processed within a reasonable time.
On February 5, 2026, at approximately 7:35 PM, I placed three separate withdrawal requests with a total amount of around 14,000 INR. All three withdrawals are still showing as “in process”, and no amount has been credited to my bank account. I am playing from India, and I urgently need this withdrawal.
I had asked my friends to deposit money directly into my 1win account using the deposit details provided by the platform because I borrowed this money from them. Now I am unable to repay them since my withdrawals are not being released, which has put me in a very difficult situation.
When I contact customer support and send emails, I am repeatedly asked to provide details and statements of old transactions. At the moment, I do not have access to those past records, and because of this, the issue is not progressing and my funds remain blocked.
I request that my account 328519614 be urgently reviewed, that my three pending bank transfer withdrawals placed on February 5, 2026 be processed and released, and that the total amount of approximately 14,000 INR be credited to my bank account as soon as possible. I also request clear and specific information about what is required from my side so that there are no further delays with future withdrawals.
