Unfair Exchange Policy: Pull&Bear Charged Us Extra for Size Exchange

My spouse recently purchased an item from Pull&Bear,  it was too large, there was no way to know it before. Seeking a size exchange, we visited the store, but unfortunately, they didn't have the smaller size available in-store. As a result, we were directed to place an online order, but here's where the problem arises. To our surprise, the current price of the item had increased to 1300TL, and despite the fact that it was a simple size exchange, Pull&Bear insisted on charging us the price difference. This is outrageous! The exchange should have been processed at the original purchase price, regardless of any subsequent price adjustments. It is unacceptable that Pull&Bear's system penalizes customers for the unavailability of sizes in-store. We believe this is an unjust and illogical practice that should be rectified immediately. As consumers, we should not be forced to bear the burden of arbitrary pricing discrepancies caused by inventory issues. Pull&Bear should honor the exchange at the original purchase price, as it is their responsibility to provide customer satisfaction and uphold fair practices.
