On December 20, 2025, I made a deposit of approximately 40,000 INR from my Axis Bank account to Parimatch using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but Parimatch stated that they did not receive the funds. I waited for nearly one month for a refund, but no refund was processed.
After that, I contacted my bank and filed a formal complaint requesting a refund. Approximately 13 days later, my bank informed me that they had contacted the merchant’s bank and were told that the merchant had in fact received the money. My bank then advised me to contact Parimatch directly and request the merchant bank statement as proof.
Since then, I have contacted Parimatch support multiple times, but I have not received any clear or proper response. I am repeatedly told only that “the team is working on it.” At this point, 46–47 days have passed since the transaction, yet there has been no resolution and no merchant bank statement has been provided.
I find this prolonged delay and lack of transparency completely unacceptable. I am requesting that Parimatch urgently provide the merchant bank statement in PDF format and give a clear, written explanation of what happened to my 40,000 INR Axis Bank deposit. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to consider taking formal legal action.
