Pull & Bear Fraudulent Charges Made Without My Permission
On October 2, 2025, an unauthorized online transaction was made on my credit card by Pull & Bear, split into two separate charges totaling 3,920 TL. The last four digits of my card are 1032. I have since canceled this card, and it is no longer in use.
I want to make it clear that I never made this purchase. No SMS confirmation or approval code was sent to me for these charges. It is obvious that this transaction was done without my knowledge or consent.
I request a full investigation into this matter, the immediate cancellation of the charges, and my refund as soon as possible to resolve my financial loss.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint to government authorities, including CIMER, and initiate all necessary legal proceedings.
