Pull & Bear Payment And Customer Representative Failure

The Pull & Bear app is plagued by shopping issues, and customer service can't provide any assistance due to instructions from their administrative unit on the Spanish side. On October 11, we made a purchase through the mobile app, and the payment went through successfully. After shopping, we received a payment confirmation screen. However, 1-2 hours later, we received an email stating that our order was pending payment. We double-checked, and indeed, the payment was completed. When we revisited the app, a warning indicated that the order was still pending payment. We contacted customer support, and their response was less than satisfactory. They advised us to wait for 48 hours, and if the issue persisted, we'd have to cancel the order. This raised the question: why should we track this issue after we've done everything correctly? To make matters worse, the customer representative accused us of being aggressive. We're experienced e-commerce shoppers, and this situation has occurred before. The solution should be straightforward – check, confirm the payment, and prepare the order.
