Pull&Bear Orders Delayed for Weeks with No Support or Resolution
Two months ago, I ordered two pairs of sweatpants from Pull&Bear, and for an entire month, the status remained "preparing in the warehouse." I attempted to call customer service but couldn’t reach anyone. After a month of waiting, the order was canceled and refunded without any explanation.
Hoping for a better experience, I placed another order two weeks ago for two sweatshirts. Once again, the status still shows "preparing in the warehouse." I have sent approximately five emails to customer service and received no response. Calls to their support line remain unanswered as well.
For a brand as established as Pull&Bear, this level of service is unacceptable. I expect a resolution within two days, or I will file a formal complaint. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I question the reliability of your service.
