Pull and Bear Order Delayed Over 10 Days – Still Not Shipped
I placed an order with Pull and Bear on the 20th, expecting timely delivery of the two items I purchased. Today is the 30th, and my order hasn't even shipped yet. Originally, the estimated delivery date was set for the 1st of next month, but it’s already been over 10 days, and the items are still marked as “approved” without any progress. This delay is incredibly frustrating, and I can't understand why it’s taking so long for such a simple order to be shipped. I need an immediate update on the status of my order and an explanation for this unreasonable delay. Pull and Bear should prioritize timely service and improve their shipping process.
