Personality.co signed me up for subscription I didn’t agree to, how can I cancel it?

If you don't want to pay for a Personality.co membership that you didn't agree to, go to their website, log into your account, and go to either the "Cancel Subscription" page or the "Membership/Subscription" page to stop being charged.

If you don't remember your other login information, you can also use their stop page by typing in the email address you used to sign up.

If you can't cancel online, get in touch with their customer service and clearly ask to cancel in writing so they can stop charging you.

If the company doesn't reply in a few days, contact your bank or card provider to dispute the charge so no more payments are taken without permission.

If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
