Personality Test Website Attempts Unauthorized $110 Recurring Charges After $2 Purchase

On May 3, 2026, I purchased a personality test on the company's website for $2. The terms clearly stated that this price included one week of free access to courses and seminars. However, I was never informed of any additional fees, subscriptions, or high-value recurring charges beyond this, nor did I provide any authorization for them.

Despite this, I learned from my bank that unauthorized attempts were made to charge my card via mail-order/recurring billing four separate times for $27 each—totaling approximately $110 —without my knowledge or consent. These processing attempts occurred without any contract, membership confirmation, or written approval on my part. Fortunately, because my credit card had international and mail-order transactions disabled, these charges failed to process. Otherwise, this high amount would have been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge, causing severe financial harm.

I consider this an illegal and unauthorized practices. I demand that authorities investigate this website and company, put an immediate stop to these unauthorized payment attempts, and resolve any grievances for other consumers who may have been similarly targeted.
