Personality.co Charged My Card Without Clear Subscription Consent
I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by personality.co to my credit card and to request a full refund of this amount. On 2026-05-05, I paid only for an ADHD test analysis on personality.co. I did not order any additional product and I did not agree to any subscription or recurring payments. However, on 2026-05-17, 49.95€ was charged from my Swedbank credit card in Lithuania, which I consider an unauthorized subscription or extra fee. In my bank information, this transaction appears with the code or reference number 433290. I tried to contact personality.co customer service to clarify and resolve this issue, but I could not reach them, and the email address I found does not work. This situation makes it impossible for me to cancel any supposed subscription directly through them. I kindly request that personality.co refund the full amount of 49.95€ that was charged on 2026-05-17 and cancel any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created without my clear consent.
