Unauthorised Charges From Personality.co
I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Personality.co subscription, which was renewed automatically without my consent, and also charged incorrectly. Despite this, I have not received any satisfactory response from the company so far. My subscription was auto-renewed and charged on 24 January, 24 February, and 24 March via Apple Pay directly on your website. I did not approve these renewals and was not clearly informed about them beforehand. These payments were taken without my explicit consent. One of the main issues is that the charges applied are also incorrect, which has caused both financial and emotional frustration for me. The transaction reference I have for these payments is +13153258. I tried to reach Personality.co regarding these unauthorized renewals and incorrect charges, but I did not receive any response or solution. I find it unacceptable that three consecutive months of charges were taken without consent and without any proper customer support. I kindly request a full refund of all unauthorized and incorrectly charged payments made on 24 January, 24 February, and 24 March, and the immediate cancellation of my Personality.co subscription so that no further charges are taken.
