Refund Request For Unauthorized Subscription From Personality.co

I am writing regarding an unauthorized recurring charge of 1,292.72 THB made on June 11, 2026 by Personality.co / PERSONALITY.CO SOFIA BGR through my TrueMoney wallet in Thailand. I only agreed to a one‑time payment for access to my personality test results on your website and was not clearly informed that this would become a recurring monthly subscription. The charge on June 11, 2026 is the very first recurring payment taken from my account, and I did not give informed consent for any ongoing membership or subscription. In addition, I have not received any confirmation email, invoice, or clear subscription information from your side that would explain or justify this recurring charge. I am currently trying to contact both my wallet provider TrueMoney and Personality.co support about this problem, but I have not yet received any official response or resolution. I request that you review this situation urgently, as I consider this charge to be unauthorized and not in line with what was presented when I made the original one‑time payment. I respectfully demand a full refund of the 1,292.72 THB charged on June 11, 2026 and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription or recurring payment linked to my account so that no further amounts are taken in the future.
