Immediate Cancellation Of Personality.co Subscription

I recently noticed that Personality.co attempted to charge me £39.90 on my HSBC debit card as a subscription, even though I do not have an account or active subscription with them. In the past, I only paid a one‑time fee to receive a report, and I never agreed to or knowingly started any recurring payment. In my HSBC online banking the transaction appears simply as “PERSONALITY.CO” and is currently still in pending status. Because of the pending status, HSBC has informed me that they cannot start a dispute yet, which leaves me in a very vulnerable position, as an unwanted subscription seems to have been created without my clear consent and I have no Personality.co account that I can log into to cancel it. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been set up in my name or using my card, and I want all future payments to be blocked. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my HSBC debit card by Personality.co.
