Personality.co Charges Unauthorized $34 Subscription Fee After One-Time Purchase

I used the Personality.co website on July 9, 2026, and authorized a single, one-time transaction of $1.93. At no point did I accept a subscription or consent to recurring payments.

However, on July 16, 2026, I discovered that an unauthorized subscription fee of $34 was charged to my Halkbank card without my knowledge or consent. I only approved the initial $1.93 fee and never agreed to any recurring membership. I do not accept having such a high amount pulled from my card without permission for an unapproved subscription.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized $34 charge back to my credit card. Furthermore, I request that measures be put in place to ensure no further subscription fees or recurring charges are processed from my account without my explicit consent, and that I be formally notified once this matter is resolved.
