Personality.co Charged Me $31 Without Showing the Membership Price

On September 21, 2025, I purchased a monthly membership through Personality.co. During the purchase process, no price information was displayed, and there was no option shown to cancel the membership. Although the website stated that users would have a one-week cancellation right, the cancellation page never appeared during that period.
On September 28, 2025, I received an invoice for $31, and this amount was charged directly to my debit card.
Only after the invoice was issued did the cancellation option become active, and I immediately canceled my membership. However, no refund was provided, and my grievance was not resolved. I completed the membership transaction from Yalova, using the email address m**********@gmail.com**.
I request that my membership be permanently canceled and that the $31 charge be fully refunded to me.
