I Want To Unsubscribe From Personality.co

I am writing regarding an unauthorized attempted charge from personality.co for Rs. 8901. I only made a one-time payment in the past for a single test and never subscribed to any ongoing plan or recurring service. Despite this, personality.co has recently tried to charge me Rs. 8901 without my consent, and the transaction was marked as failed. This attempted payment was made through my Nayapay account. After noticing this, I raised a complaint, but I have been receiving emails related to this issue at an account I do not recognize, which makes me even more concerned about the security of my information and the possibility of unauthorized activity. I request that any existing or presumed subscription or recurring payment linked to my details be immediately cancelled, that my account and payment details not be used for any further charges without my explicit consent, and that this situation be properly investigated. I also request written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no future charges will be attempted through Nayapay or any other method linked to my data. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as I do not want personality.co to attempt to take money from me without my clear and informed approval.
