Unauthorized Withdrawal From My Credit Card

Today, a membership fee of 49.95 EUR was charged to my credit card by the company Personality co, although I had only made a one-time test payment before. I did not knowingly approve any recurring membership and I did not consent to such a withdrawal. After noticing the transaction, I contacted the relevant parties but my problem has not been resolved. I see on my İş Bankası mobile application that the transaction appears as “app* personality.co Sofia BG” in the amount of 49.95 EUR. I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership, the refund of the 49.95 EUR taken from my card, and confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card without my clear and explicit consent.
