Personality.co Charges On My Credit Card

I am writing regarding my Personality.co subscription, which was renewed unexpectedly on January 13. I initially took a test on your website and paid 1.95 CAD for what I understood to be a one-time report. At no point was it clear to me that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. Since January 13, I have been charged 49.95 CAD every month, which I did not knowingly agree to. When I contacted your customer support, they informed me that they would not issue a refund, even though I only intended to purchase a single report for 1.95 CAD and did not want an ongoing subscription. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that all charges made after January 13 at the rate of 49.95 CAD per month be fully refunded. I believe this is a fair resolution, as I did not clearly consent to a recurring payment plan.
