I tried for 2 hours myself, I could not reach customer service and 24/7 service and none of your other phones, so I could not install and activate the program. You made a sale and then you were not interested at all. I want a 14-day free trial period. If I am satisfied, I will buy a package. I request the cancellation of my 1-month $39.99 package and a refund. You are taking money from me for something I cannot use and cannot use. There is something called customer satisfaction.
