I purchased an MSpy subscription on January 17, 2025, to monitor my child’s social media activity. However, after realizing the app didn’t meet my expectations, I decided not to use it at all and immediately requested a refund. Despite this, MSpy charged my credit card ₺1,169.99 and ₺989.98, totaling ₺2,159.97! I have been trying to get my money back for days, but they keep delaying with excuses. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they refuse to process my refund. I am extremely frustrated and demand my money back immediately! If you’re considering MSpy, be warned—they make it nearly impossible to cancel and refund your payment! I will escalate this further if they don’t resolve my issue soon.
